By accessing or using TruckerProfit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TruckerProfit provides owner-operators and small fleet owners with tools for broker fee analysis, insurance policy auditing, and automated detention claim detection and management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
The Service offers a 7-day free trial, after which continued use requires a paid subscription (Monthly $19 or Founder's Lifetime $49). All payments are processed via NowPayments (crypto). Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
TruckerProfit uses AI (DeepSeek) to analyze uploaded documents. AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying any financial decisions based on these analyses. The Service is a tool, not a substitute for professional accounting or legal advice.
TruckerProfit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to your data. We provide a 30-day data export window upon request.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
