We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, company details), uploaded documents (rate confirmations, insurance policies), and ELD duty status data when you connect your Motive account.
We may collect anonymized usage data (page views, feature interactions) to improve our product. You can opt out of analytics tracking in Settings.
We never sell your personal data. We share data only with services you explicitly connect (Motive ELD, Samsara) and with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for database, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, DeepSeek for AI analysis).
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Documents you upload (rate confirmations, insurance policies, receipts) are sent to DeepSeek AI for analysis. We do not use your data to train AI models. AI responses are stored only for your reference within the app.
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for all data in transit and at rest. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth with email/password and Google OAuth options.
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings. You can export your data as CSV. To delete your account entirely, contact us at hello@truckerprofit.us.
