By creating an account or using TruckerProfit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TruckerProfit for your personal or business trucking operations. This license is subject to your payment of applicable fees (if any) and compliance with this Agreement.
The Service offers a 7-day free trial, after which continued use requires a paid subscription (Monthly $19 or Founder's Lifetime $49). All payments are processed via NowPayments (cryptocurrency). Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into TruckerProfit. We claim no intellectual property rights over your trip data, expenses, or uploaded documents.
TruckerProfit is a tool to help with profit tracking and analysis. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated analyses (broker fee analysis, insurance audits, receipt scanning). Always verify critical financial decisions with a qualified professional.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckerProfit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, missed loads, or incorrect fee analyses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
TruckerProfit integrates with third-party services (NowPayments, Motive ELD, Samsara, DeepSeek AI, Google OAuth, Resend). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for their availability or data handling.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of this Agreement or for non-payment. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to your data. We will provide a 30-day data export window upon request.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
